Michael Stein has been playing guitar for 25 years, and been a veteran of Rock bands for 22 years. While primarily playing bass guitar in such local band as Talisman, TurboDog, and Plan B, amongst others, Michael came on board with Square Feeet to add a new flavor to the band. Lending his voice and guitar skills to the old band crew, together with David Katzman the band took on a new shape and became Square Feeet Reborn. Having played hundreds of gigs, Michael is no stranger to the stage, although taking a prominent position with both lead guitar and vocals has put him in the spotlight more than usual. His influences include such classic rock bands as Led Zeppelin, Rush, Yes, and Boston, to name just a few. He was twice the winner of the OWSJ Jammy Awards for both best guitarist and best male vocalist. Michael’s favorite influences include Geddy Lee on bass and Jimmy Page on guitar.
